Kev Purcell

Kev Purcell has over 25 years experience performing, writing, producing, & teaching music while specializing in rock, reggae, and blues. Excelling with lead guitar, Kev has played in a variety of local bands including Superfly Crew, Poly Essence, Badda Skat, Oceanstone, The Hip Abduction, and Rosco Freed. He has been blessed to have opened for major acts including The Wailers, Steel Pulse, Slightly Stoopid, Rehab, Yellowman & Fortunate Youth. Kev regularly performs at bars and venues all around the Tampa Bay area with past performances at Jannus Live, State Theater, & Raymond James Stadium. He has also played a variety of music festivals such as One Caribbean Music Festival in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, Blackwater Music Festival at Spirit of Suwannee Music Park in Live Oak, FL and Irie Vibes Music Festival in Forest City, NC & Ridgeway, SC.
